OUR TERMS ARE:

• Payment in advance for orders requiring delivery outside of the Lake Macquarie or Newcastle area

• C.O.D. for local deliveries

• 20% deposit with your order

• Payment of the balance when you are picking up from our premises.

• Freight charges may be applicable and need to be confirmed first .

We accept payment by cash, Visa Card, Mastercard,cheque, money order, and we have Eftpos at our showroom. You can phone your credit card details with your order to Joe and Cheryl, on 02 49547577. For orders over $4000.00 value, preferred payment is by direct deposit to our bank account or cheque.

Refund Policy and Warranty

If you change your mind about a product after you have purchased it please return the product in original condition within 7 days of purchasing and we will refund your money less any cost for freight. Any products covered by warranty will be replaced or repaired subject to the terms of the warranty agreement.
